I have been getting at least 9 threatening calls a day on my cell phone and work phone with a guy with a accent and a attitude saying I have legal issues about something with cash advance. I admit I applied for something, but never received any money, I also asked this mean guy to confirm my soc. sec. number and he had it wrong, but new my name and where my bank was. What to do in this case.

Early morning 6:30 operator assisted call- hung up. no caller ID. No Name

reducing interest rate, on a bank you have credit with, if your debt is over 5,000 you qualify. Hangs up when you ask them to mail you the information. Caller has a southern accent.

heard that it is a pharmacy selling viagra!

I want this problem solved. I have been having dozens of such calls in the last 2 weeks. they barely ring for more than twice and hang up. What is the problem?!

Called and left message for my dad and said that his sister had used him as a reference and she had committed fraud and wanted to ask him some questions because they could not get a hold of her. Said that he was liable for any lawsuit against her because she used him as a reference.

Actually, I read the above posts and I can just say "all of the above". It's irritating because I have small children in school and just had surgery...a few times I had to go to the phone, in case it was the school..Same as everyone else, no one is ever on the phone and they call numerous times a day, every day.

now calls every day at 6:40 PM every morning between 9 and 9:30

receiving call 2 or 3 times a week with no message or if I pick up they hang up. Would like it to stop!
